Mode of delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the time indicated on the order validation page. In case of delay in shipping, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time that has been indicated.  The average delivery time for Colissimo is 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after departure from our warehouses.

In accordance with the legal provisions, in the event of delay of delivery, you benefit from the possibility of cancelling the order in the conditions and methods defined in article L 138-2 of the Code of Consumption. If in the meantime you receive the product, we will proceed to its reimbursement and to the delivery costs under the conditions of the article L 138-3 of the Code of the Consumption.

In case of delivery by a carrier, the company RC-STREAMLINE cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several proposals of appointment.

The shipping costs are offered from 200 Euros of purchase on the site for a delivery in Metropolitan France only. In the case of free shipping, the default shipping method will be "Colissimo in the delivery point of your choice".

You can also choose the delivery method "warehouse collection" which is free. Thus you will be able to collect your parcel the same day (for any order placed before 4pm) in our premises from 4pm to 6pm
 from Monday to Friday (except in exceptional cases)

Delivery time

The average delivery time for Colissimo is 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after departure from our warehouses.

Any order placed before 3:00 pm will be shipped the same day, except in exceptional cases.

Complaints / Returns

All commitments made by our Company depend on the strict respect of the buyer of the payment conditions and other obligations arising from the contract. Our goods travel at the risk of the recipient, who is responsible for noting any damage at the time of delivery by checking the package and its contents in the presence of the delivery person, for making any reservations in writing, and for exercising any recourse with the carriers who are solely responsible. By signing the delivery note, the customer accepts the products delivered as is and from then on no claim relating to damage suffered during transport will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the customer to make all verifications and in case of damage to make a precise comment in writing on the delivery note in the presence of the deliveryman and to refuse the package if damage is noted.
